We are pleased to announce the release of Embrane heleos 3.1.0.

The heleos 3.1.0 release includes full support for LDAP and SSL or TLS authentication using self-signed or purchased CA-signed root certificates and support for trunking port groups in security zones. The heleos UI includes enhanced access control and appliance management features, including support for batch updates of appliances, and a new enhanced user model. The heleos-powered appliances have several enhancements including new configuration options. Appliances managed by the heleos ESM can be deployed and integrated into the Cisco APIC environment. The heleos CLI has also been enhanced, including support for commands to easily map and synchronize managed appliances to Cisco APIC.
