We are pleased to announce the release of Embrane heleos 2.1, which delivers several new features and enhancements.
This release includes the addition of a new VPN service, enhanced reporting tools, a major feature enhancement to heleos Distributed Virtual Appliances (DVAs) and overall performance improvements.
All customers using heleos 2.0.0 through 2.0.2 are encouraged to upgrade to the 2.1 release. Customers should also login to their support account to access the Release Notes for 2.1.1 and view the details of the changes and product enhancements in this release, as well as to access the downloads. Customers who have not yet registered to create their support account are encouraged to do so.

The Embrane support site consists of a trouble ticketing system, a searchable knowledgebase of articles, online readable documentation, a section from where you can download files, and a news section.
Registered individuals may examine their own tickets. Individuals registered as managers can examine all tickets submitted by their organization.
Tickets are worked continually from the time they are opened, and the metrics most important to us are customer satisfaction and time to resolution metrics. Most tickets can be closed within the same day they are opened.

We are constantly updating the Knowledgebase. If you cannot find the answer to your question in the documentation or already posted as a knowledgebase article, please submit a ticket. This will help us improve the usefulness of this site for you.
Our getting started and installation guides are available for anyone to read online, as are the syslog messages references and the API reference guides. Software images and release notes are only accessible by contracted customers and require a valid account.
